b. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the cleaning appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online payments, or cash.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

a. Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

b. Rescheduling: You may reschedule a cleaning appointment by contacting our customer service team or using our online portal. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

5. Service Guarantee

Priority Cleaning is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any concerns promptly and at no additional cost.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our staff and your property, Priority Cleaning shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
